The Office of Regulatory Management improves the lives of Virginia citizens by modernizing regulatory policy and creating a best-in-class regulatory system. It ensures that all regulations undergo a full cost-benefit analysis and works with agencies to update and streamline existing regulations (see Executive Order #19). It also promotes public access to permitting through the Virginia Permit Transparency website (see Executive Order #39), and helps implement the Governor’s Artificial Intelligence Policy (see Executive Order #30).”
